All City Employee Benefits Services Association or ACEBSA was founded in 1923, originally the All City Employees Association, to lobby for retirement funds and salary increases for city employees. Since then, we have gone from strength to strength, founding the El Pueblo city newspaper to bring employees from different divisions and departments together and informed about relevant news and information including info on electoral options and local bonds, as well as events in the area. Employees are encouraged to submit their own articles.
ACEBSA strive to help city employees with every part of their lives, education of city employees is very important to us; so important that we have introduced tuition reimbursements including the Tom Bradley scholarship opportunity to aid workers in achieving their educational goals.
We provide free life insurance with $1000 cover and numerous insurance plan options for the LA city employee.
ACEBSA takes inspiration and input from city employees helping us to keep updated with the diverse needs and wants of our clients.
In 1977 the All City Employees Association split into two entities, with the All City Employee Benefits Services Association claiming most of the assets including El Pueblo newspaper. Today a vast range of benefits are available to the ACEBSA member. Just take a look at our website; a few of our favourite offers include:
