The All City Employee Benefits Service Association or ACEBSA is a not for profit charity set up in 1923 for the benefit of LA city workers. The mission of ACEBSA is to help city workers and employees afford enjoyable weekends while on a budget, by providing discount tickets to events and attractions and exclusive access to a range of products and services.
ACEBSA membership is available to retired LA workers and current employees.
